Being out of state I was not sure what to expect buying a vehicle on line. I have to say the folks at Auto Haus made the process feel seamless. Everything about the dealer and the process were beyond expectations. From the owner Damon, who sent a video of the vehicle with him driving made the day we spoke, to Jay my salesperson whom was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and helpful not only in the purchasing of the truck but also the shipping of the vehicle, the whole transaction was as good of a car buying experience I’ve had. Most importantly, the Jeep was as advertised and arrived in Ohio two days after purchase. When they were loading the vehicle to be shipped they noticed a vibration and the motor mounts were bad. They could have easily went ahead and shipped the vehicle but instead had it repaired prior to shipping. These are the kind of people I like to do business with!

A+ Experience! Jay greeted me immediately when I arrived. I had two vehicle transactions. My payback on my Mercedes GLK 350 4Matic was very reasonable. My purchase of the SLK 320 was just as reasonable. Therefore no need to negotiate back and forth. Due to Jay's expertise, the entire process, for both transactions, was about an hour. I highly recommend Autohaus of Naples .

I worked with Jay on a long range purchase of a 2004 Porsche 911 turbo cabriolet. He was excellent to work with, always helpful and never pushy. I was scheduled to vacation in Florida over Christmas and he let me pick the car up on Christmas day. Talk about service! The car was in excellent condition and as described by both photos and his verbal description. I am currently working with Jay to get the car shipped to my house after driving it in Florida for a few days. Everything has been very easy and not one misstep along the way. My wife and I where shopping for a Porsche Boxster as our weekend play toy. Kept seeing this 2009 Boxster S come up on carguru's, at Autohaus, but it was in Florida and we live in WNC, so I was not sure about looking at it. After a couple weeks of looking at cars around are area, my wife suggested that I give Autohaus a call and send them a message from the carguru's site. I got a reply from Jay at Autohaus. He was very helpful with information about the Boxster, even send me close up photos of the couple marks that where on the car, for full disclosure. He pointed out the link to the free carfax that they give on every car, and a link that shows the cars background information as well. Jay really helped me by answering all my question, and walking me through the process of buying a car from out of state. That really helped us feel comfortable buying the car, site unsee and having it shipped to our home. Saw this gorgeous 2002 Lexus 430 on the Autohaus website and called to check on it's availability I was lucky enough to speak with Jay and he answered every question and made himself available to help me when it was convenient for me, he even came in on his day off! I'm not one who enjoys the experience of buying a car. It's a grueling process from the moment you pull into the dealership and the sales person shakes your hand. This was a great experience, found my porsche online from them, they worked with me to get the paperwork done from out of state and found me a financing option that was better than Navy Federal and USAA (which I've been with for 15 years). I flew down and Olf came and picked me up, he gave us a great drive to the dealership where I met with Jay. Jay is by far the best salesman I've ever had in probably 8 cars. The amount of effort he gave and fast responses were outstanding. Car is beautiful, I'm 100% satisfied.

I live in Clearwater Beach . I found Autohaus Naples on line and decided to drive 166miles to go see a car they had advertised .I first met Richard my sales rep but it didn't end there . I met Tina and Damon the owner not to mention their adult children , fantastic people !!!! The service at this dealership is often imitated by others but never equalled . They make you feel at home , and most importantly make sure the vehicle you drive away with is impeccable . If there is ever an issue , they take care of it . Big variety of high end vehicles which I am the proud owner of one aswell as classics . They have their own service department which is a plus . Went down there twice , on the second visit , I was making my own coffee just to give you an idea of what type of people represent this dealership . If I lived any closer I would be there regularly just to to see the wide variety of cars they continuously bring in. I highly recommend this place , 5 stars all day long !!!
